Product Orders
RETURNS & EXCHANGES Returns: Returns need to be made within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will only be made for the amount of the item and applicable taxes. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Along with the item(s) you are returning, please include a copy of your receipt, you name and address, phone number, and a short note explaining your reason for the return. If the item was paid by money order, a refund check will be issued and may take 3-4 weeks to arrive. If the item was charged to a credit card, the full credit card number and expiration date must also be included. Orders charged on a credit card must be credited to the same account: we cannot issue a check refund for a credit card charge. We apologize, but return shipping fees will not be refunded. Insurance and proof-of delivery are advised but not required when returning your items. Exchanges: If an item arrives damaged, we will exchange it for you. All exchanges need to be made as soon as possible due to some items are only carried for a limited time only. If the item being exchanged is out of stock we will refund the amount of the item. If the item is something we are not going to carry in the future, a refund will be issued. On exchanges, please include your name, address, phone number, a copy of the receipt, and a note saying what you are exchanging and why. If there is a price difference in the items being exchanged, please include a form of payment to make up the difference or the credit card number, expiration date and CV code so that we can credit/charge the difference. SHIPPING & HANDLING Shipping Restrictions: Products can be shipped to all 50 states and Canada; however, there are a few restrictions: We cannot ship overseas, nor do we ship to U.S. Protectorates, Guam or the Virgin Islands. Please add 5-7 days for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. All orders sent in the United States are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). If a post office box is provided as the shipping address then your package will be sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS). For packages sent through the postal service please add 3-5 days estimated delivery time.

ORDER INFORMATION Ordering Process: Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation letting you know the order process has begun. We will then pull your order and process it manually, once we receive payment, you will also receive a confirmation e-mail with your order details for your records, along with a tracking number of your shipment for your convenience. If you have any problems while submitting your order, please contact us at (928) 779-3163, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (MST), Monday through Friday. Sales Tax: Arizona residents are required to pay sales tax on all orders. Sales tax will not be applied to orders placed from or shipped outside of Arizona Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. All credit card payments are processed through PayPal. Payment is expected when order is placed. Your billing address must match the billing address on your credit cart, but your shipping address may differ. We do not accept checks or money orders. Do not send cash! Sorry, no C.O.D. deliveries. Missing or Damaged Items: If any of your items are missing or damaged when your package arrives, please contact us immediately and we will send you that item or exchange it for you as soon as possible. If your order was shipped via UPS please save the box and all packaging material in order to initiate a damage claim with UPS. After a damage inspection is performed by UPS, we will be contacted with the results. Depending on the results, we can file a claim for the repair or replacement cost of the package contents up to the declared value. To initiate the claim go to ups.com or call 1-800-PICK-UPS (742-5877). Back-orders: While we normally maintain a sufficient level of inventory of items in our retail distribution center there are rare occasions when the distribution center is out of stock. If this occurs, you will be notified via email or by phone and advised of the expected ship date of the back-ordered item. Your item will be shipped without any additional charges. If for any reason you wish to cancel a back-ordered item, please contact us at (928) 779-3163, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (MST), Monday through Friday.
Adventure Tours We do have some restrictions and rules for our Tours, so please read the following policies carefully.
Inner Canyon Jeep Tour Minimum Age is 5 years old.
Ultimate Grand Canyon with Helicopter Tours Minimum Age is 5 years old. If the helicopter cancels, a refund will be given to equal value of the non-flying option.
Colorado River Smooth Ride Minimum Age is 6 years old. Please note that this tour takes place through Marble Canyon on the Colorado River outside the Grand Canyon National Park.
Colorado River Whitewater Rafting Minimum Age is 11 years old. Helicopter fly out is dependent on weather conditions and are at the discretion of the helicopter company. There will be no refunds once booked. No exceptions.
Cancellation and Financial Policies All credit cards are charged at the time of booking. All tours (excluding the Whitewater tour) have a 24 hour cancellation policy. A 6% credit card processing fee will be charged for all cancellations.
